Position Summary
The Assistant Manager – Global Network Development will be responsible for expanding, nurturing, and managing the company's overseas logistics network. The role requires robust relationship management skills, operational process knowledge, and a strategic approach to pricing in the international logistics domain. The candidate will play a key role in business development, partnership management, and operational coordination with global counterparts to drive growth and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand the company's international logistics network through strategic partnerships and alliances.




Manage and strengthen relationships with overseas network partners to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual growth.
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities in line with business objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational processes align with global service standards.
Work closely with pricing teams to develop competitive pricing strategies for international markets.
Negotiate terms and agreements with overseas agents/partners to achieve best commercial and service outcomes.
Monitor performance of overseas partners and ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and contracts.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business analysis for management decision-making.
