in a multi region organization. This role gives direct exposure to cross culture team across India, Indonesia, ASEAN5 countries and other Europe regions as well.
Key Responsibilities
Steward business priorities and strategy communications
across leadership meets, events, and internal social platforms,



ensuring strong alignment within the regions and functions
Lead execution of internal and leadership events
, acting as a single‐point owner across planning, partners, timelines, and on‐ground execution.
Manage social media execution, content strategy and agency partnerships to develop internal and communication assets,
providing direction and ensuring high quality, brand‐aligned outputs.
Execute internal branding and workplace experience projects
, enhancing culture while ensuring professional quality and operational efficiency.
Oversee merchandising, shoots, budgets, and agencies
, along with procurement enabling seamless support for brand guidelines and cross‐functional initiatives.
Work closely with leadership, HR, Facilities, Finance, PR, and external partners
, gaining deep exposure to how the organization operates end to end.

Demonstrated
ownership mindset and execution maturity
, with the ability to independently drive complex initiatives end‐to‐end.
Comfortable managing
multiple workstreams, stakeholders, vendors, timelines, and budgets
with minimal supervision.
Confident stakeholder manager
