What You’ll Do

Sales Responsibilities:

- Take Google Meeting sales calls with inbound leads
- Understand their health goals, challenges, and motivation
- Pitch our online coaching program with confidence and empathy
- Follow up and close high-ticket coaching plans (USD/CAD)

Requirements

Must Have:

- Fluent in English & Hindi (spoken)
- Strong communication skills
- Presentable and groomed on Camera
- Experience in online sales / high-ticket sales
- Comfortable handling video calls and objections
- Highly disciplined,



accountable, and committed
- Ability to consistently work night shifts
- Background in fitness / nutrition / coaching

Work Schedule:

- 6 Days/Week
- 10 Hours/Day (Strict Commitment)
- Night Shift (IST): 9:30PM IST to 7:30AM IST

This role requires full discipline, availability, and consistency .

Work Setup Requirements

As this is a remote role, you are expected to maintain a professional home office setup that allows you to perform your duties effectively. This includes:

- A reliable laptop or desktop computer.
- High-speed Wi-Fi connection with backup option.
- A smartphone for communication (WhatsApp, calls, etc.).
- Quiet & presentable environment with good lighting suitable for Google Meeting video calls with clients.
- Headset/mic or equipment that ensures clear audio and video quality.
