ZYDUS HEALTHCARE LIMITED Job Description - Strategic Projects Manager (2-year contractual role) Grade Level - 1 Reporting To - Commercial Excellence Head Location - Mumbai Role Purpose: The role is for a strategy consultant who will work in close coordination with the Commercial Excellence function. The role involves working closely with senior management and leading strategic / high-value projects to solve challenging business problems involving strategy as well as execution. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership across the MD’s office and Commercial Excellence, and to learn best practices of running an organization while holding commercial responsibility. Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities: Corporate Strategy & Growth Management • Identifying top-line and bottom-line growth opportunities and supporting execution • Working with senior leadership, leading cross-functional teams to ideate and execute high-value initiatives • Leading and implementing strategic and business transformation initiatives (GTM, PMO etc.) • Building analytical models and streamlining company-wide KPI tracking and review mechanisms • Working across functional areas including sales, marketing, current launches, finance, etc. Public Relations • Building and strengthening relationships with key business stakeholders,



internally and externally • Preparing engagement plans (e.g., Joint Business Plans, review meetings at CH level, etc.) Business Innovation • Planning and initiating competent project and business strategies to penetrate new geographies and expand existing ones Others • Working closely with cross-functional teams Key Interactions Stakeholder Nature Internal Business Heads/ MD Review meets / strategy meets / project meetings for new business development Commercial Excellence Ongoing alignment on KPI frameworks, reviews, and project prioritization Finance / Audit / Cost / Legal Adhering to compliance and working within the organization’s legal framework External Agencies Working with key consultants on projects initiated from the MD’s office Role Requirements Educational Qualifications: • Candidates from top-tier undergraduate colleges (IITs, SRCC) • Candidates planning to apply for an MBA in 2028 or later Experience (Type & Nature) • 1-2 years of experience at management consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) Skills & Technical Competencies • Stakeholder and financial analysis • Digital and analytics strategy • Business analysis • Networking and relationship-building with key accounts Behavioral Competencies • Business orientation, delivering excellence, working across boundaries
