What You'll Do Own level design end-to-end across a full progression curve Design and prototype hybrid-casual & puzzle mechanics from concept through to a playable build Develop concepts with solid fundamentals - goal, fail condition, depth Review game feel - flow, pacing, sound, the details that matter Collaborate directly with our developer and artist to get concepts into testing quickly,



iterating on internal and external playtest feedback Analyze top-charting hybrid-casual and puzzle titles to source and validate current mechanics What We're Looking For 3-5 years of mobile puzzle game design experience, with real ownership of a shipped title's level design Proven level design ability - balanced, well-paced, intentional Proficient in Unity Sharp eye for game feel and attention to detail Strong ideation instincts - you think market, not just mechanics Genuine passion for playing and deconstructing mobile games, with a sharp, articulate eye for what makes a design work Excellent communication, critical thinking, and analysis skills Why Tapnplay 60M downloads Real creative ownership from day one Small team, big impact Studio in active growth
