We are currently hiring a Business Development Lead - Digital Channel for a New-Age General Insurance Company based in Mumbai. Company: New General Insurance Joint Venture. Role: Business Development Lead. Location: Mumbai. Job description: - Own and manage strategic enterprise accounts and business verticals - Identify and map channel opportunities, revenue potential, and growth levers - Drive channel activation, GTM initiatives, and digital conversion - Lead commercial negotiations and revenue-share discussions - Manage channel-level revenue, contribution, CAC, and unit economics - Drive cross-sell and embedded insurance opportunities across customer segments What we are looking for? - Experience in digital D2C channel, strategic partnerships, embedded insurance, digital models - Experience managing large enterprise accounts such as Telecom, FMCG, Retail, or similar industries. - Solid key account management and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work effectively in a matrixed ecosystem
