Job Title: Interior Designer Company: FTS by Sharmilee Location: Gurgaon Experience Required: Minimum 5 years Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview FTS by Sharmilee is looking for a qualified and experienced Senior Interior Designer with strong design sensibility and excellent technical knowledge. The candidate must be highly hands-on and capable of independently preparing detailed interior drawings—from initial space planning to complete Good for Construction drawings. Key Responsibilities * Develop creative and functional design concepts for luxury residential and commercial interiors. * Prepare accurate and detailed interior drawings, including: * Furniture layouts and space planning * Flooring and ceiling layouts * Electrical and lighting drawings * Wall elevations and detailed sections * Furniture, wardrobe and joinery details * Kitchen and bathroom drawings * Good for Construction drawings * Translate approved concepts and presentations into technically executable drawings. * Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, consultants and the production team. * Conduct site visits, take measurements and resolve execution-related issues. * Prepare material selections, specifications and basic BOQ inputs.



* Ensure all drawings comply with site conditions, design intent and execution requirements. * Manage multiple projects while meeting quality standards and deadlines. Candidate Requirements * Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture. * Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience. * Solid command of AutoCAD and working knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop and Microsoft Office. * Excellent understanding of furniture detailing, materials, finishes, lighting and interior execution. * Ability to independently prepare complete working and execution drawings. * Strong site knowledge and problem-solving skills. * Good communication, coordination and time-management abilities. * Experience in high-end residential interiors will be preferred. * Candidates must be detail-oriented, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
