About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Associate– Accounts to support our financial operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, preparing financial statements, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, etc.)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, etc.)




- Assist with internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, vendor accounts, and inter-company accounts.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
- Review and ensure accuracy of accounting entries and financial records

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.).
- Experience in web ERP software like zoho and quick books is mandatory.
- Preparation of MIS report for account payable receivable.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com ).
- Qualified qualification like MBA (Finance) is preferred.
- 4 -7years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
