Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Handling & Requirement Understanding
2. Handle client inquiries and assigned leads for residential properties
3. Understand client needs including budget, location, and preferences
4. Recommend suitable property options
5. Site Visits & Property Presentation
6. Conduct site visits for residential projects
7. Present property features, pricing, and project details clearly
8. Assist clients in property selection
9. Sales & Deal Closure
10. Negotiate pricing and terms with clients
11. Follow up regularly to convert leads into closures
12. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
13. Relationship Management
14. Build and maintain robust relationships with clients
15. Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
16. Generate repeat business and referrals

Market Knowledge

Stay updated on residential real estate trends and pricing

Monitor competitor projects and market dynamics





Documentation & Coordination

Assist in booking, documentation, and agreement process

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction closure

Maintain accurate client records and reports

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in residential real estate sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Experience in handling end-to-end property sales

Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

Good understanding of the local real estate market

Education:
