Role (Why position exists):

To manage SAP FICO configuration, support and enhancements, ensuring seamless financial processes, system integration and process automation.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Configure and maintain SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA and CO.
- Manage recent store / plant configuration, cost centre, profit centre and internal orders.
- Execute Unit Testing, Integration Testing and UAT.
- Resolve configuration, data and end-user issues; manage support tickets.
- Ensure data integration and reconciliation across SAP modules.
- Prepare user manuals and conduct training for Finance teams.
- Support SAP upgrades, patches, new feature implementation and automation using SAP Fiori.
- Collaborate with Finance and IT teams for system improvements..

Required Skills





- Strong hands-on 3+ experience in SAP FICO configuration and support.
- Knowledge of FI/CO, retail store setup, testing and system integration.
- Experience in troubleshooting, UAT, reconciliation and process automation.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education & professional skillset :

- Graduate in Finance, Accounting, IT or a relevant discipline.
- SAP FICO certification is an added advantage.
