Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Power BI Analyst to join our analytics team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals with 0-1 year of experience who are passionate about data, reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence.

You will work with data, create reports, support dashboard development, and help teams make better business decisions through explicit and meaningful insights.

What You’ll Do

- Create and support Power BI dashboards and reports
- Work with datasets to clean, validate, and organize data
- Use Power Query and basic DAX to support reporting requirements
- Write basic SQL queries to extract and analyze data
- Convert business requirements into visual reports and insights
- Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality across reports

What We’re Looking For





- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- 0-1 year of experience in data analysis, reporting, Power BI, or business intelligence
- Good understanding of Power BI dashboards and reports
- Basic knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to analyze data and present insights clearly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Good to Have

- Exposure to Tableau, Looker Studio, or other BI tools
- Basic understanding of data visualization best practices
- Interest in analytics, business intelligence, and data storytelling
