Role Description The Technical Manager – PKI & TLS is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading technical initiatives around public key infrastructure (PKI), SSL/TLS, and related security technologies. This role involves designing and implementing PKI and TLS architectures, overseeing certificate lifecycle management, and ensuring secure integration of cryptographic services into client environments. The Technical Manager, will manage customer-facing technical projects, and provide high-level technical support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.



Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with sales and product teams, conducting technical evaluations and proofs of concept.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to assess complex security requirements, interpret standards, and diagnose PKI/TLS issues.
- Demonstrated team collaboration capabilities.
- Hands-on experience in technical support for PKI, TLS/SSL, certificates, and CLM solutions.
- Proven project management skills for planning, executing, and delivering PKI implementation projects on time.
- In-depth knowledge of PKI concepts, digital certificates, CA/RA operations, TLS protocols, and certificate lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with hardware security modules (HSMs), encryption technologies, and multi-factor authentication solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, or vendor-specific PKI/TLS certifications) are advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
