About PRiSM Learning / e-GMAT

PRiSM Learning is the company behind e-GMAT , the brand that pioneered online GMAT prep and remains the #1 prep company in the category: 3,000+ reviews on GMAT Club at a 4.7 rating, more than three times the reviews of any competitor.

Founded by alumni of IIT Delhi and BITS Pilani, e-GMAT was built at the intersection of learning science, pedagogy, data and technology. Our co-founder Payal Tandon, the world's #1 GMAT instructor, has guided tens of thousands of students to their target scores. Rather than scaling through more instructors, we encoded her pedagogy into AI-powered products. Over the last five years, e-GMAT has sent more students to M7 business schools and ISB than any other prep company in the world.

We serve 10,000+ paying students a year with a team of 10. Our vision is to reach 5,000,000+ students over the next four to five years, across every competitive exam: GMAT, GRE, SAT, ACT, IELTS, GATE and more.

Own the next stage of growth

Your mandate is to deliver 15% quarter-on-quarter business growth across e-GMAT and Prism Learning Academy . You will define where that growth should come from, build the strategy to achieve it, and develop the team and systems that turn it into a repeatable capability.

The scope spans our businesses. You will make choices about customers, products, positioning, channels and investment - and remain accountable for how those choices add up to growth. As the opportunity expands, you will help shape and expand the team needed to pursue it.

The opportunity you will build on

Our work brings together subject expertise, learning technology and close insight into how students prepare, struggle and succeed. e-GMAT gives you an established business to understand and grow. Prism Learning Academy's broader ambitions create opportunities to bring our capabilities to additional products and audiences.

You will have substantial material to work with: student experiences, learning products, expert educators and evidence of outcomes. Your opportunity is to recognize which of these strengths matters to which customer, express its value clearly, and build an effective path from discovery to purchase and continued value.

Growth will require both improving what already works and identifying opportunities we have yet to pursue. You will work with the founders and teams across the business to decide where to concentrate effort and what capability to build next.

The decisions you will own

Where will the next quarter's growth come from?

Build a growth strategy with explicit choices:

the businesses and customer segments to prioritize, the opportunities worth investing in, and the initiatives to defer. Turn that strategy into a roadmap with a clear rationale, expected contributions, dependencies and measures of progress.

Understand what changes when we introduce a new product to existing customers or enter a market with a different audience. Connect acquisition, conversion, appropriate repeat purchases and expansion into a coherent plan. Revisit the plan when evidence changes, and bring a clear response when growth falls short.

What will make a customer choose us?

Develop a deep understanding of students' needs, alternatives and decisions. Listen to what they say, examine what their behavior suggests, and build explanations you can test. Benchmark competitors to understand how well those alternatives serve the customer and where we can offer a meaningful advantage.

Translate that insight into positioning and communication that people can picture. When we describe a benefit, the customer should understand what it would mean in their own preparation or application journey.

Set an editorial vision grounded in those needs. Build the roadmap, establish the creative standard, and explain to the team why the work matters and how it will achieve the intended result. Work with educators and successful students to turn expertise and experience into useful, credible stories and content.

Where should we invest - and what should we change?

Own the commercial reasoning behind growth decisions. Develop practical attribution, connect investment to customer outcomes, and use what-if analysis to examine the assumptions behind a recommendation.

You should be comfortable making sound decisions with incomplete information. Make uncertainty visible, distinguish evidence from interpretation, and know when a better measurement or experiment would change the choice.

Paid campaigns, platform offers, social channels, communities and product launches are part of your toolkit. Decide how they should work together, where to scale, and where a different approach is needed. Judge their contribution to the business and the quality of customers and value they bring.

What organization will make the growth repeatable?

Build and expand the team around the capabilities the strategy requires. Recognize when an opportunity needs a specialist, when an existing colleague can develop into the role, and when an agent can execute the work effectively. Give people explicit outcomes, useful briefs and feedback that improves their judgment.

Use agents to perform high-quality recurring work in research, monitoring, analysis preparation and production. Define standards, review exceptions and improve the workflows. This gives you and your team more capacity for the analysis, creative work and decisions that move the business forward.

Stay close enough to the work to diagnose problems and improve execution yourself. As the organization grows, make its results increasingly dependable through stronger people and systems.

The experience and judgment you bring

You have taken responsibility for business growth and can explain the choices that produced it: what you understood about customers, where you invested, what you changed, and what the evidence supports.

Your strengths combine:

- Customer and product insight: you draw useful inferences from behavior, understand alternatives and identify a persuasive reason to choose a product.
- Commercial analysis: you understand acquisition economics, attribution and experimentation, and use scenarios to make better decisions.
- Creative judgment and clear expression: you recognize an original, useful idea and communicate it simply enough for customers and colleagues to visualize.
- Strategic direction: you can set a vision, build a credible roadmap and explain the choices behind it.
- Team-building and execution: you can hire, develop and coordinate people around an outcome, while remaining capable of improving the work directly.
- Practical fluency with AI and agents: you can turn recurring work into reliable execution while maintaining a high standard for what reaches customers.

You should enjoy the combination of ambition and accountability: having room to shape the growth strategy, building the organization behind it, and being answerable for the result.

Compensation

- Base salary: ₹35 lakhs per year.
- A generous performance bonus , tied to the growth you deliver.
- Equity in the business. You are building something you will own a share of.
