Position: Assistant Professor / Associate Professor

Job Summary

MNR College of Pharmacy is looking for qualified and experienced faculty members for the positions of Assistant Professor and Associate Professor in the Pharmacy department. The selected candidates will be responsible for teaching, academic activities, research, student mentoring, and departmental responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct lectures, practical sessions, tutorials, and other academic activities.
- Prepare course materials, lesson plans, and assessment materials.
- Guide and mentor students in academic and professional development.
- Participate in examinations, evaluation, and other academic activities.
- Contribute to research, publications, conferences, and projects.
- Assist in curriculum development and departmental activities.
- Maintain academic records and documentation as required.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, and institutional events.




- Perform other responsibilities assigned by the Head of the Department/Management.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- M.Pharm / Pharm.D / relevant Pharmacy qualification as per applicable regulatory and university norms.
- Ph.D. preferred for Associate Professor positions.
- Candidates must meet the applicable PCI / UGC / University eligibility requirements.
- Good communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills.

Experience

Assistant Professor: Relevant teaching/academic experience preferred; freshers meeting eligibility criteria may also be considered.

Associate Professor: Relevant teaching and academic experience with a strong research/academic profile, as per applicable norms.

Skills Required

- Robust subject knowledge in Pharmacy.
- Good teaching and presentation skills.
- Student mentoring and classroom management.
- Research and academic writing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of an academic team.
