Title: ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience across ITOM, ITAM, and ITSM modules. The consultant will be responsible for ServiceNow configuration, development, customization, integrations, troubleshooting, and implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Work extensively on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM implementations and enhancements.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs.
- Develop and maintain Flow Designer workflows and ServiceNow automation.
- Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Work with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM concepts as required.
- Support IT Asset Management processes including hardware/software asset management.
- Troubleshoot technical issues,



identify root causes, and implement solutions.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and other technical teams.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain proper technical documentation.

Required Skills:

- 5–8 years of overall ServiceNow experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM .
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and development .
- Experience with:
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- UI Policies / UI Actions
- Script Includes
- ACLs
- Workflows / Flow Designer
- Notifications
- Catalog Items
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs .
- Valuable understanding of JavaScript .
- Knowledge of CMDB/CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping .
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- ServiceNow CSA certification is mandatory.
