About the Role

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive – Shopify to manage the day-to-day operations of our Shopify website and support website growth, product launches and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Shopify website operations and updates.
- Upload and maintain product listings, images, descriptions, pricing, variants and collections.
- Create and update landing pages, banners, offers and promotional sections.
- Ensure the website is accurate, updated and aligned with ongoing campaigns.




- Monitor basic website metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV and add-to-cart rate.
- Support basic CRO and website optimization activities.
- Coordinate with Creative, Marketing and Operations teams for website requirements.
- Identify and report website issues such as broken links, incorrect content or mobile display issues.
- Support new product launches, offers and campaign execution on Shopify.
- Maintain website trackers and prepare basic performance reports.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce, D2C or Shopify.
- Hands-on understanding of Shopify and website management.
- Good understanding of product catalogue and e-commerce operations.
- Basic knowledge of CRO and e-commerce metrics.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and good coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, Shopify Liquid or website builders is a plus.
