Position: Director of Operations

Location: Hyderabad and Bengaluru- In office 4 days a week, travel between both locations and the US (approx.: 10-30%)

Insight Global is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee and scale its India operations. This role will own corporate real estate, facilities, workplace services, vendor management, procurement, and complex client solutions across multiple business functions.

The Director will manage India’s workspace strategy, including site selection, leases, capacity planning, buildouts, relocations, physical security, workplace safety, and daily facilities performance. They will also lead vendor sourcing, RFPs, contracts, onboarding, performance reviews, and procurement practices.

This person will partner across Finance, Legal, Payroll, HR, Onboarding,



and global operations to turn complex client requirements into practical solutions with transparent costs, risks, compliance considerations, and timelines. They will lead and develop India-based teams while influencing cross-functional partners.

Qualifications:

-10+ years of operations experience

-5+ years in India-based corporate real estate, facilities, or workplace services

-5+ years leading teams

-Global matrix experience, strong executive communication, and advanced cost and capacity planning skills are required

-Experience supporting multi-site operations, rapid growth, audits, or professional services is preferred
