T-Hub is looking for an experienced leader to build and scale high-impact startup and innovation programs . We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking, ecosystem depth, strong execution and financial ownership to drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the function.
- Build and scale incubation, acceleration and academia-focused programs.
- Drive startup identification, engagement, mentorship, market access and ecosystem partnerships.
- Build strong relationships with government, corporates, academia, investors and ecosystem stakeholders .
- Own governance, compliance, program KPIs and impact reporting.
- Develop sustainable revenue streams and drive financial self-sustainability.
- Lead fundraising through government grants, CSR, foundations and global programs .
- Build and lead a high-performing team with robust ownership and execution.

Who We’re Looking For

- 10–15 years of relevant experience across innovation, startups, technology,



entrepreneurship or ecosystem development.
- Proven experience owning P&L; / financial performance and driving sustainability.
- Strong track record of working with startups and senior government/industry stakeholders.
- Experience working with government programs, grants and academia is preferred.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to independently translate strategy into execution and measurable outcomes.
- Builder mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and willing to be hands-on.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; technical background preferred .
