Job DescriptionOracle Financials & Risk Management ConsultantExperience: 9+ Years | Role: Oracle Fusion Financials & Risk Management | Type: Implementation & SupportRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials & Risk Management Consultant with 9+ years of experience in end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and production support. The candidate should have strong functional expertise in Oracle Financials, Risk Management, financial controls, and business process transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead/participate in Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, enhancements, and AMS/support.Strong hands-on experience in GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Intercompany, Tax and Subledger Accounting.Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare.Implement and support Oracle Risk Management Cloud, including:Advanced Access ControlsAdvanced Financial ControlsSegregation of Duties (SoD)Access CertificationRisk & Control monitoringDefine and maintain SoD policies, risk/control matrices, and financial controls.Provide L2/L3 production support, incident/problem management,



RCA and SLA management.Support month-end/year-end close and critical Finance processes.Assess Oracle quarterly releases and coordinate regression testing.Work with business, Finance, Internal Audit, IT Security and technical teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.Support integrations with Procurement, Projects, HCM, EPM, Banking and third-party systems.Required Skills8+ years of Oracle ERP experience with significant Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementation/support experience.Strong understanding of R2R, P2P, O2C and Cash Management processes.Hands-on experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud, SoD and Financial Controls.Experience with functional specifications, testing, data migration and production deployment.Good understanding of OIC, REST/SOAP, FBDI, OTBI and BI Publisher is preferred.Solid stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.Experience working in large/global implementation or managed-services environments.Preferred CertificationsOracle Cloud Financials | Oracle Risk Management Cloud | ITIL / AgileEducationBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, IT or related discipline. CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
