Research & insight generationOwn the Mgmt.'s question queue — turn ambiguous, open-ended asks into crisp, evidence-backed answersRun rapid research using AI tools alongside primary sources: industry reports etcProduce deep-dive briefs, one-pagers, and decision memos — short, structured, and sourcedDesign and improve the Founder's Office AI workflow: prompt libraries, research playbooks, custom GPTs/agents, knowledge repositories,



and quality checks that keep AI output reliableCommunications & stakeholder managementDraft presentations, notes, and correspondence on the Mgmt.'s behalf for internal leadership, boards, investors, partners, and external forumsPrepare the Minutes for meetings — background dossiers on counterparties, agenda framing, anticipated questions, and follow-up trackingAct as a bridge between the Management and business unit heads: translate intent into action, chase clarity, and close loopsRepresent the Founder's Office with professionalism and absolute discretion across all internal and external interactionsBackground in Civil Engineering or Architecture is preferred.
