Role Description The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage inbound and outbound leads, and build relationships with prospective clients in the wedding and events space. The role involves conducting client meetings, understanding requirements, presenting services and pricing, and following up to close deals. The Executive will collaborate closely with the creative and operations teams to ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects and maintain long-term client relationships. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a sales pipeline,



tracking performance metrics, and contributing ideas to improve outreach, partnerships, and brand presence.QualificationsStrong new business development with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects.Solid understanding of business and sales fundamentals, including negotiation, pricing, and revenue growth.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present services clearly and build trust with clients.Prior experience in photography, wedding planning, events, hospitality, or related creative industries is an advantage.Comfort working in office, meeting clients in person, and occasionally attending events or shoots as needed.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records of interactions and deals.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
