Horizon Physio is urgently looking for a confident, well-spoken and polished Front Office & Patient Relations Executive to be the face of our premium physiotherapy and rehabilitation centre.This is more than a traditional receptionist role. We are looking for someone who can create an exceptional first impression, communicate confidently with patients and enquiries, and take ownership of the front-office experience.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the front desk and welcome patients professionally- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and appointment requests- Understand patient requirements and confidently explain our services- Follow up with prospective patients and convert enquiries into appointments- Manage appointments,
