- Set up and configure an email server (or assist in selecting and migrating to a hosted email solution, e.G., Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online) for expodiscover.Com
- Configure DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) for proper deliverability and security
- Set up and configure Microsoft Outlook across user devices (desktop and mobile)
- Migrate existing email data if applicable
- Implement email security measures (spam filtering, anti-phishing, authentication)
- Create user mailboxes and set up distribution lists / shared mailboxes
- Provide documentation and basic training for our team
- Ensure everything is tested and fully operational before handoverRequirements:
- Proven experience with email server administration and Microsoft Outlook/Exchange setup
- Robust knowledge of DNS configuration and email deliverability standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 / Exchange or self-hosted mail server solutions (e.G., Postfix, Mailcow)
- Ability to work independently and complete the project
