Qualifications Required: B.Pharma M.Pharm with Pharma Practice Ph.D Preferred + GPAT For PharmaKey Responsibilities:1.Teaching: Take lectures for B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D 2.Prepare lesson plans, lab manuals, question papers Conduct practicals and guide students in hospital postings3. Research & Publications: Publish research papers in Scopus / PubMed indexed journals4.Guide M.Pharm / Pharm.D projects and thesis5.Apply for grants (DST, ICMR, AICTE)6.Academic Administration: Student mentoring, attendance, internal assessments NAAC, NBA, PCI documentation work Organize seminars, conferences, guest lectures, clinical visits7. Clinical / Hospital (For Pharma Practice):Liaison with hospital for Pharm.D, presentations.
