Company Description PayRup is a rapid-growing fintech & digital payments platform focused on simplifying online transactions, utility payments, mobile recharges, travel bookings, and more through a unified mobile experience.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the FinTech industry to lead and manage sales operations across DMT, AEPS, MATM, B2B, and B2C business segments. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, tracking performance metrics, and expanding the merchant network.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the sales team to achieve business and revenue targets.Drive merchant acquisition and activation for DMT, AEPS, and MATM services.Manage and grow both B2B and B2C sales channels.Monitor daily sales performance, merchant onboarding, and transaction volumes.Track sales KPIs, productivity, conversions, and team performance.Develop sales strategies to increase market penetration and business growth.Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to management.Coordinate with Operations, Product,



and Business teams to improve sales efficiency.Conduct regular team reviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations.Handle escalations and ensure high levels of customer and merchant satisfaction.Requirements5–6 years of experience in the FinTech industry.Hands-on experience in DMT (Domestic Money Transfer), AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System), and MATM (Micro ATM) business.Strong experience in managing B2B and B2C sales teams.Proven track record in merchant acquisition, channel sales, and business development.Experience in sales reporting, MIS, target tracking, and performance management.Strong understanding of FinTech products, payment services, and merchant ecosystems.Required SkillsTeam Handling & LeadershipSales Strategy & Business DevelopmentMerchant Acquisition & Relationship ManagementMIS Reporting & Data AnalysisExcel, Google Sheets, CRM ToolsCommunication & Stakeholder ManagementTarget Planning & Performance MonitoringImmediately JoinerExp in Fintech Company
