Utilize industry-standard tools to structure scheduling, staffing plans, task durations, and dependencies.Stakeholder Reporting: Structure and present business, technical, and program status reviews to Senior Leadership using digital media, metrics dashboards, and Jira.Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify project obstacles and provide strategic recommendations for resolution. Adjust project plans dynamically as delays or challenges arise.Problem-Solving & Autonomy: Independently coordinate deliverables, navigate complex problems, and resolve ambiguity with minimal managerial oversight.Delivery Assurance: Champion software development best practices (including Scaled Agile, Test-Driven Development, and Continuous Integration). Drive definitions and solutions starting from high-level or skeleton use cases.
