Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-year client projects across Fixed Price (FP), Time & Materials (T&M;), and Outcome-based models. Manage project portfolios, lead cross-functional teams (engineers, architects, data scientists), drive client success, and ensure profitability. Requires deep technical credibility in payments infrastructure, database systems, AI/ML integration, regulatory compliance, and consulting delivery methodology. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Delivery & Project ManagementOwn delivery and commercial success of 2- 4 concurrent engagements; manage $2M-$10M+ project portfoliosDrive project scoping, estimation, and resource planning; manage change orders and scope creepEstablish SOWs, success criteria, and delivery roadmaps; communicate status through executive-level reportingOwn P&L; accountability; monitor utilization, billing, and profitability metricsLead production deployments and handoff to client operations teamsTechnical LeadershipLead technical strategy for payments/fintech infrastructure projects (migrations, API modernization,
