Role : Support the design, execution, and continuous enhancement of enterprise-wide culture, employee engagement, leadership, and organizational development initiatives. The role requires a blend of creativity, analytics, stakeholder management, and operational excellence to help build a high-performance, inclusive, and purpose-driven workplace culture.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the planning, execution, and governance of culture and employee experience initiatives across the organization.Support large-scale employee engagement programs, culture interventions, communication campaigns, workshops, assessments, and leadership development initiatives.Analyse employee feedback, engagement surveys, culture studies, and program metrics to derive actionable insights and recommendations.Develop impactful presentations, reports, dashboards, communication collateral, and leadership updates for senior stakeholders.Coordinate with business leaders, HR teams,



external partners, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.Manage end-to-end project administration including planning, tracking, follow-ups, documentation, communications, and reporting.Support the design and implementation of innovative employee engagement and culture-building interventions that enhance employee experience and belonging.Track program effectiveness and success metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to maximize impact.Contribute to research, benchmarking, and best-practice identification in areas related to culture, leadership, employee engagement, inclusion, and future workplace trends.Profile : Qualified HR Qualified with 4-6years relevant experience.
