Role Summery: This position is responsible for effective day-to-day academic functions of Pre- Primary to Grade 12, within guidelines & policies.Work Location: BHIS MaladRoles & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring timely roll-out of curriculum, syllabus completion and student work correction for Pre-Primary up to Grade 12
- Managing day-to-day implementation of curriculum and also ensuring quality in curriculum delivery.
- Establishing quality standards & practices in domains of schooling of teaching & learning environment.
- Ensuring the coordinators give regular feedback to the teaching staff regarding correction andcurriculum- related issues.
- Investing in recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff and ensuring professionaldevelopment and training of all teachers
- Developing and mentoring Coordinators through the feedback mechanism and ensuring theirretention and engagement
- Developing potential successors by identifying, developing and retaining top talent
- Managing retention and engagement of all staff - Pre-Primary to Grade 12
- Creating a cooperative school-parent relationship and facilitating the participation of parentsrelated to the education of their children.
- Ensuring that the policy of inclusion is adopted appropriately and COWB functions effectively
- Collaborating with various departments and forwarding any issues or suggestions to the Principal.
- Attending and participating in meetings with staff, parents, and Head Office personnel




- Planning and organizing school events and field trips as well as assisting various committees.
- Establishing rapport and maintaining relationships with parents, staff, and students
- Helping with the development of school processes and systems on a regular basis
- Updating student and school records, analyzing Argus usage and student performance data,ensuring remedial teaching and addressing academic concerns raised by students, staff, andparents
- Remaining active and ensuring student safety and hygiene at School, on field trips and during school functions
- Prevention and control of sexual or any other harassment within the school.
- Ensure the health and safety of the children in the school.
- Undertake other duties as directed by the Principal.Required Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university
- A B.Ed degree from a recognized university
- Extensive teaching and administration experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent research and report writing abilities.
- Strong understanding of academics and pedagogy
- Robust written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills.
- The ability to follow instructions but also come up with original ideas.
- Proficiency in the usage of relevant IT tools/platforms – Argus, Web genie, ZOHO
- Proficiency in the usage of the Linkedin platform for driving recruitments
- Knowledge of administration and management.
- A high degree of professionalism.
