UltraFast Chargers is looking for a driven and customer-focused Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Hyderabad.This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with 4+ years of experience who is passionate about business development, client engagement, and building long-term B2B relationships.Job Details:Position: Business Development ExecutiveExperience: 4+ YearsLocation: HyderabadQualification: Bachelor's Degree / B.Tech / MBA in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related fieldKey Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and convert new B2B business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Generate and qualify leads through market research, networking, outbound outreach, and referrals
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate EV charging solutions
- Manage client meetings, product presentations, proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and opportunities to drive business growth
- Explore and develop strategic partnerships and channel opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience




- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates on business opportunities
- Achieve assigned business development and sales targetsPreferred Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or a related role
- Experience in the EV, Electrical, Energy, Infrastructure, or related industry is preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Good understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, and B2B sales processes
- Solid follow-up and account management skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
