We are currently hiring a Business Development Lead - Digital Channel for a New-Age General Insurance Company based in Mumbai.Company: New General Insurance Joint Venture.Role: Business Development Lead.Location: Mumbai.Job description: - Own and manage strategic enterprise accounts and business verticals- Identify and map channel opportunities, revenue potential, and growth levers- Drive channel activation, GTM initiatives, and digital conversion- Lead commercial negotiations and revenue-share discussions- Manage channel-level revenue, contribution, CAC, and unit economics- Drive cross-sell and embedded insurance opportunities across customer segmentsWhat we are looking for? - Experience in digital D2C channel, strategic partnerships, embedded insurance, digital models- Experience managing large enterprise accounts such as Telecom, FMCG, Retail, or similar industries.- Solid key account management and stakeholder management skills- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed ecosystem
