Good understanding of AI/ML concepts, GenAI, LLMs, APIs, and cloud technologies.Experience working with enterprise clients and distributed/remote teams.Technical background in software engineering, data, or AI is a plus.Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps,



or similar.Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and cross-functional teams.Solid stakeholder and vendor management skills.Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation abilities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects from requirements through production.Define project scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.Coordinate AI engineers, data scientists, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.Track project progress, risks, issues, budgets, and resource requirements.Work with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.Coordinate development and deployment of AI/GenAI solutions.Manage vendors and third-party technology partners where required.Ensure project documentation, reporting, and governance are maintained.Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation plans.Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, sprint planning, and stakeholder updates.Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality, security, and compliance requirements.Communicate project status and key decisions clearly to senior management.
