The company has extensive experience in fire fighting systems, industrial utility systems, complex plant piping, and technical manpower solutions across various industries.EEPL works with several multinational and leading industrial organizations and is committed to delivering projects with a strong focus on quality, safety, timely execution, and customer satisfaction.Position: Project Manager – Fire FightingJob PurposeThe Project Manager – Fire Fighting will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of multiple fire protection projects.The role requires strong technical, commercial, and project management expertise, along with the ability to manage project teams, subcontractors, clients, consultants, and multiple project locations simultaneously.Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & ExecutionManage and execute multiple Fire Fighting / Fire Protection projects simultaneously.Develop project execution plans, schedules, manpower plans, material requirements, and resource allocation.Ensure projects are completed within approved time, cost, quality, and safety parameters.Monitor project milestones and identify potential delays or risks.Develop recovery plans and take corrective action to ensure timely completion.2. Team & Site ManagementLead and manage Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.Allocate manpower and resources effectively across different project locations.Monitor productivity and ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.Conduct regular site visits and project review meetings.Guide project teams on technical and execution-related matters.3. Client & Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate with clients, consultants, PMC representatives, contractors, vendors,



and subcontractors.Attend project review meetings and address client/consultant requirements.Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders.Resolve technical, commercial, contractual, and site-related issues in coordination with management.4. Technical & Engineering CoordinationReview and understand approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, layouts, and project requirements.Coordinate with the Design/Engineering team for drawings, technical clarifications, revisions, and approvals.Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, applicable standards, and client requirements.Identify design or execution issues and ensure timely resolution.5. Procurement & Material ManagementCoordinate with Procurement and Stores teams to ensure timely availability of project materials.Monitor material requirements against project schedules.Ensure proper planning of long-lead and critical materials.Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for timely deliveries.6. Cost Control & Commercial ManagementMonitor project budgets, costs, manpower productivity, and material consumption.Track project profitability and identify cost overruns.Coordinate for measurement, RA bills, certification, billing, and payment follow-up.Review variations, additional works, and scope changes.Support the commercial team in resolving billing and contractual issues.7. Quality & SafetyEnsure all project activities comply with approved quality standards and safety requirements.Ensure execution is carried out as per applicable NFPA, IS standards, client specifications, and project requirements.Coordinate inspections, quality checks, testing, and approvals.Ensure implementation of safe working practices at all project locations.8. Testing, Commissioning & HandoverPlan and coordinate testing and commissioning activities.Ensure successful inspection and approval of completed systems.Coordinate preparation of testing and commissioning reports.Ensure closure of punch points and snag lists.Coordinate final documentation and project handover to the client.9. MIS & Management ReportingPrepare and submit regular project progress reports and MIS to senior management.Track project schedules, manpower, material status, billing, costs, risks,
