process improvements and operational dashboards✔ Robust stakeholder and partner communication skills with excellent numerical and operational discipline?KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage enrolment, data feeds and exception handling
- Own claims intake, adjudication, payouts and TAT tracking
- Manage partner & insurer settlements and reconciliations
- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS and operational reports
- Build SOPs and launch checklists for new programs
- Identify process gaps and drive automation with Data/Product
- Manage and guide Operations Analysts
