Urgent Chance for Avaya UC/CC Engineer.Location:- BangaloreNotice Period:- Immediate to 30 days.Job Desciption:-Lead production patching, upgrades, and migration activities across complex Avaya UC and Contact Center environments, ensuring successful execution through MOP-driven implementations and rigorous validation practices.Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute production patches, upgrades, and migrations following approved MOPs.
- Perform technical validation and health assessments before and after implementations.
- Lead critical maintenance activities and manage technical escalations during release windows.
- Ensure system stability, risk mitigation, and successful customer outcomes for complex deployments.Technical Expertise (Version 8.X or Higher)




- Avaya Aura (CM, SM, SMGR), IX Messaging
- Oceana, Analytics, CMS
- Experience Portal, SBC, IX Workforce Engagement
- VMware ESXi 7.X+Mandatory Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience implementing patches, upgrades, and migrations in enterprise Avaya environments.
- Strong expertise in MOP-based production deployments and change management.
- Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, and technical documentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
