Type: Full-timeBuild the future of mushrooms with us.At Shroomery, we’re building a modern mushroom cultivation business focused on producing high-quality mushrooms at scale.We’re looking for a Team Lead – Cultivation who is curious, hands-on and excited to work at the intersection of biology, food production, experimentation and operations.You’ll work closely with the Head of Cultivation and play a hands-on role in improving how we grow mushrooms, from culture and spawn production to substrate preparation, inoculation, growing-room management and quality control.What you’ll doSupport cultivation trials and experiments across different mushroom strains.Plan and coordinate weekly cultivation schedules and movement of grow bags.Monitor growing rooms, mushroom growth, yield and contamination.Analyse cultivation data and identify opportunities to improve yield and consistency.Help optimise substrate preparation, sterilisation and inoculation processes.Maintain accurate cultivation records,
