Overview:We’re looking for an experienced Art Director who doesn’t just think outside the box — they throw the box away and start from scratch. If you live and breathe design, have a deep understanding of branding and visual storytelling, and know how to lead a team to bring concepts to life across formats and media, we’d love to meet you. This role demands someone who is passionate, proactive, and can turn even the most complex briefs into brilliant creative.Responsibilities:● Own the visual language and design output across multiple brands and campaigns● Lead the conceptualisation and execution of creatives for print, digital, outdoor, films, and everything in between.n● Collaborate with copywriters, creative strategists, and client servicing teams to crack compelling ideas that align with brand strategyy● Guide and mentor junior designers and visualiser to deliver top-notch workk● Translate marketing objectives into clear, consistent, and innovative creative executions● Review creative work to ensure it meets high standards and client expectations● Present ideas and visuals to internal teams and clients with confidence and clarityy● Stay up-to-date with current design, advertising, and cultural trends — and know when to follow them or break them● Maintain design consistency while working on multiple projects across industriess● Manage timelines, delegate work, and ensure timely delivery of all creative assetsQualifications & Skills:● 5-10 years of experience in Advertising Agencyd)● A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across formats (ATL, BTL, integrated campaign)s)● Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory,
