We work with medtech companies to transform cutting-edge ideas into engineered healthcare solutions. About the Role Mimyk is looking for an Accounts, Finance & Compliance Executive to support accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, and coordination with external Chartered Accountants. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Financial Reporting • Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Zoho Books. • Maintain accurate books of accounts, reconciliations, and financial records. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Support MIS and management reporting requirements. Taxation & Compliance • Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance activities. • Prepare supporting documents and schedules for tax filings. • Ensure timely compliance with filing deadlines. Audit & CA Coordination • Work closely with Mimyk's external Chartered Accountant team. • Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and financial documents required for audits and statutory filings. • Support statutory audits, tax audits, and compliance reviews.



Required Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. • 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, audit, or compliance roles. • Experience preparing financial statements and maintaining books of accounts. • Experience working with auditors, tax consultants, and Chartered Accountants. • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. • Experience with Zoho Books preferred. Preferred Qualifications • M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent qualification. • Experience in a CA firm, startup, consulting firm, or technology company.
