Role Overview
The Senior SAP Basis Consultant supports the health, availability, performance, and evolution of our enterprise SAP landscape. The role bridges traditional SAP Basis administration with contemporary cloud architecture, covering SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) administration and the migration of legacy SAP Process Orchestration (PO) workloads to SAP BTP Integration Suite. It also includes performance tuning and Data Volume Management (DVM) across SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and related systems.
Where in scope, the role also supports SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) operations and SAP Joule AI assistant integration across SAP S/4HANA, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and Concur.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of overall experience in IT systems administration and enterprise technical architecture.
8+ years administering large-scale SAP landscapes (S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Fiori, Solution Manager),



with deep knowledge of SAP HANA and relational databases.
Demonstrated experience with SAP BTP setup, cloud connectivity, and platform governance.
Hands-on experience executing migration projects from SAP PO to SAP BTP Integration Suite.
Proven working knowledge of SAP ChaRM for transport management and practical experience implementing DVM frameworks.
Proficiency administering SAP workloads on Enterprise Linux (SLES/RHEL) and Windows Server.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience configuring and integrating SAP Joule across SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, and SAP Concur.
Experience with SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
Working knowledge of SAP SaaS applications such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Ariba, IBP.
