We are looking for an experienced Crypto Operations qualified with strong expertise in trading operations, reconciliations, cash & collateral management, and settlement.

? Key Responsibilities

- Analyze daily trade, position, cash, and transaction reconciliations, investigate breaks, and drive timely resolution.
- Coordinate cash, collateral, and asset movements across trading venues and banking partners.
- Manage and support settlement activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.

? Required Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in Crypto/Cryptocurrency Operations is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of trading operations, reconciliations, settlement, cash, and collateral management.
- Hands-on experience with trade, position, cash, and transaction reconciliation.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, IF/conditional statements, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 market environment.
