Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Lead System Analyst to oversee production integrations, manage client-facing delivery, and ensure system stability across 3–4 customer accounts.

This is not an administrative or purely coordination role. You will operate as a hybrid Technical PM and Integration Specialist—troubleshooting production incidents directly, writing and maintaining account runbooks, communicating directly with clients, and independently driving issues to resolution during EST business hours without waiting for task assignments.

Roles and Responsibility:

- Troubleshoot Production Integrations: Diagnose and resolve production failures for ETL System including file-based integrations, iPaaS/ETL workflows, and enterprise platforms (D365 F&O;, SAP ByDesign, or EDI).
- Cross-Account Technical Support: Hands-on resolution of issues using customer platforms (Azure DevOps, Jira)
- Incident Communication: Provide clear, real-time updates to client stakeholders during system outages and issue resolution. Experience with L1/L2 support
- Proactive Account Management: Deliver accurate weekly customer status reports, manage account runbooks, and identify delivery risks or out-of-scope requests early.
- Automation & Process Improvement: Apply AI tools and practical automation to eliminate repetitive support tasks and optimize workflows.




- Coordinate with developers, QA, technical leads, and other teams to drive issues through resolution.
- Track issues, blockers, risks, and dependencies through closure.
- Follow up proactively with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate issue status, risks, timelines, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, milestones, and overall project health using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Coordinate project implementation, releases, and delivery activities.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify delivery risks and proactively escalate critical issues.
- Maintain project documentation, action items, issue trackers, and status reports.
- Support continuous improvement of project and issue-management processes.
- Participate in project meetings, sprint ceremonies, status reviews, and implementation discussions.

Required Skills & Experience

- Working Hours: Must be available full time during standard EST business hours.
- Technical Acumen: Direct experience troubleshooting ETL application including file-based transfer protocols, iPaaS platforms, ETL processing, and enterprise application workflows (D365 F&O;, SAP ByDesign, or EDI protocols).
- Tool Proficiency: Direct, hands-on experience navigating and managing work in Azure DevOps, Jira environments.
- Proactive Ownership:



Self-starter capable of taking immediate ownership of production failures and driving resolution without prompting.
- Client Management: Proven background in customer-facing roles with a strong ability to communicate clearly during technical incidents.
- Key Qualities: Sound technical judgment, curiosity, reliability, and structured organizational skills.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in project management, project delivery, technical coordination, application support, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in stakeholder communication and handling difficult situations.
- Comfortable working closely with development and QA teams.
- Ability to understand technical problems and communicate them clearly.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools is preferred.

Nice to Have:

- Experience working with ETL/data integration platforms.
- Exposure to AI tools or AI-enabled solutions.
- Experience with SQL, Bashscript, APIs, databases, or cloud technologies.
- Previous experience in software development, QA, production support, or technical delivery.
