Must-Have Skills

n

- 9+ years of IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in STIBO STEP / STIBO MDM.
n
- Extensive experience in Application Production Support and Incident Management.
n
- Strong knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and best practices.
n
- Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
n
- Experience in monitoring and supporting inbound and outbound data feeds.
n
- Experience in User Access Management and AD (Active Directory) administration.
n
- Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve STEP configuration and technical issues within SLA timelines.
n
- Experience in deploying, testing, and supporting STEP software releases.
n
- Strong understanding of data quality, data governance, and data stewardship processes.
n
- Experience performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing preventive actions.
n
- Hands-on experience with STEP scripting, configuration changes, and enhancement activities.
n
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools.
n
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience in STIBO STEP upgrades, migrations, and platform optimization.

- Knowledge of ETL tools, data integration frameworks, and API-based integrations.

- Exposure to workflow configuration and business process automation within STEP.

- Experience with regression testing, system testing, and release management processes.

- Understanding of cloud platforms and enterprise data architecture.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Leadership experience in managing support teams and coordinating with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Provide end-to-end production support for STIBO STEP MDM applications.
n
- Monitor system health, application performance, and data processing activities.
n
- Support inbound and outbound data feeds and resolve integration-related issues.
n
- Manage user access requests, AD integration, and security-related activities.
n
- Assess business change requests and translate requirements into STEP solution designs.
n
- Implement configuration changes, enhancements, and defect fixes within the STEP platform.
n
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and regression testing for implemented changes.
n
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive permanent fixes for recurring issues.
n
- Coordinate software deployments, upgrades, and release activities.
n
- Maintain support documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
n
- Work closely with business, data governance, and technical teams to ensure high-quality master data management services.
n
- Lead support activities and ensure adherence to SLAs and operational excellence standards.
