Position: Insurance Delivery Partner
Experience: 18+ years
Location: Remote/ Hybrid - Chennai / Hyderabad/ Kolkata

Role Summary
The Insurance Delivery Partner is responsible for driving both account growth and delivery excellence across a portfolio of insurance clients. Working closely with the Onshore Client Partner, the role serves as a co-owner of the account, ensuring successful delivery while identifying and supporting expansion opportunities.
Key Responsibilities




Partner with Client Partners to develop and execute account growth strategies and expand business within existing accounts.
Own delivery governance, customer satisfaction, quality, profitability, and operational performance across the portfolio.
Support solutioning, estimations, proposals, pricing, and deal pursuits.
Build strong client relationships and participate in executive reviews and strategic discussions.
Manage delivery teams, resource planning, risks, escalations, and capacity needs.
Work with practice leaders to bring innovative solutions and capabilities to customers.

Qualifications
18+ years of experience in Insurance Consulting, Technology Delivery, or Account Leadership.
Proven experience managing and delivering Insurance Core and Digital Platform solutions , including Policy, Billing, Claims, Underwriting, Distribution, Customer Experience, Data & Analytics, Integration, and Cloud transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated success in driving both business growth and delivery excellence across strategic insurance accounts.
Solid commercial acumen and executive stakeholder management skills.
