# Graphic Designer – AI & Creative Design Company: Brio Elevators Experience: 1–2 Years Role: Full time Graphic Designer Industry: Elevators / Luxury Home Solutions / Engineering & Technology ## About the Role Brio Elevators is looking for a creative and technology-driven Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience who can combine traditional design skills with the latest AI tools to create high-quality visual content quickly and efficiently. We are not looking for someone who depends on only one software. We are looking for a designer who understands design, AI, image generation, video editing and modern creative workflows , and knows how to use the right combination of tools to turn an idea into a finished creative. The ideal candidate should be comfortable experimenting with AI, learning new tools and finding simpler and faster ways to produce better creative output. ## Key Responsibilities * Design creative content for social media, digital advertisements, brochures, presentations, website banners, campaigns, product promotions and marketing materials . * Create visually strong designs while maintaining Brio Elevators' premium brand identity. * Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, concept development, image generation, editing and content production. * Generate and enhance visuals using tools such as: * ChatGPT * Claude * Google Gemini * Kling AI * Seedance * Magnific AI * Higgsfield AI * Other emerging AI creative platforms * Write and refine effective AI prompts for image generation, image editing, video generation and creative concepts . * Take AI-generated content and professionally refine it using design software rather than using raw AI output directly. * Create social media creatives, Meta ad creatives, YouTube thumbnails, campaign visuals, product presentations and other digital marketing assets. * Edit and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop . * Create vector graphics, icons, illustrations and other design elements using Adobe Illustrator . * Use Canva and Figma when required for faster design production, layouts, presentations and collaborative creative work. * Perform basic to intermediate video editing for:



* Instagram Reels * YouTube Shorts * Promotional videos * Product videos * Customer testimonials * Social media advertisements * Corporate videos * Work with video editing tools such as: * Adobe Premiere Pro * Adobe After Effects * CapCut * VN * Or similar video editing applications * Handle basic motion graphics, transitions, text animations, product highlights and video enhancements. * Resize and adapt creatives for different platforms and formats including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, websites and digital advertisements. * Work closely with the digital marketing and content teams to convert marketing ideas into strong visual communication. * Understand a creative brief and independently explore multiple visual directions before finalising the design. * Use AI and automation wherever suitable to reduce repetitive work and improve creative productivity. * Stay updated with new AI image, video, design and editing tools and test how they can improve the company's creative workflow. ## What We Are Looking For * 1–2 years of experience in Graphic Design or Digital Creative Design. * Good understanding of: * Typography * Layout * Colour theory * Composition * Branding * Visual hierarchy * Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. * Familiarity with Canva and Figma. * Basic knowledge of video editing using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, VN or similar tools. * Strong interest in AI-assisted creative workflows. * Ability to use AI tools intelligently instead of depending entirely on manual workflows. * Ability to take an idea from: Concept → AI Exploration → Design → Refinement → Final Deliverable * Good understanding of social media formats and digital marketing creatives. * Ability to work on multiple creative requirements and meet deadlines. * Willingness to experiment, learn and adapt quickly as new creative technologies emerge. ## AI Skills We Value The candidate does not need to be an expert in every AI platform. However,



they should understand how to use AI to make their work *faster, smarter and more creative*. For example: * Using ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini for brainstorming and prompt development. * Using AI image tools to create visual concepts and backgrounds. * Using Kling, Seedance or similar platforms for AI video generation. * Using Magnific or similar tools for image enhancement and upscaling. * Combining AI-generated assets with Photoshop for professional finishing. * Using AI to quickly explore multiple creative directions before selecting the strongest concept. * Learning new AI tools independently whenever they can improve the workflow. ## Ideal Candidate You will be a strong fit for this role if you are someone who thinks: “What is the smartest and fastest way to create this without compromising the quality of the design?” We value designers who can combine *creativity + design fundamentals + AI + technology* rather than simply operating software. ## Preferred Skills Experience with any of the following will be an advantage: * AI Image Generation * AI Video Generation * Prompt Engineering * Motion Graphics * Social Media Design * Performance Ad Creatives * Video Editing * Product Visualization * Presentation Design * YouTube Thumbnail Design * Photo Manipulation * Image Retouching * Basic UI/UX Design ## Portfolio Requirement Candidates should share a portfolio demonstrating their strongest work.
