An Architecture & Interior Design practice in Noida sector 15 is hiring an Architectural Draftsperson with 4–6 years of professional experience and hands-on experience in factory, industrial and PEB projects. The role focuses on preparing accurate architectural drawings, technical documentation and coordinated drawing packages for industrial project requirements.

Project Exposure
The role will involve:
Factory and industrial projects
PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) structures
Architectural planning and technical documentation
Construction and execution drawings
Coordination of architectural and structural information

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed architectural drawings for factory, industrial and PEB projects.
Develop plans, elevations, sections, layouts and architectural details based on project requirements.
Translate design information and technical requirements into accurate working drawings.
Prepare and revise drawings based on design changes and project coordination requirements.
Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and other relevant technical information.
Review drawings for dimensions, accuracy, consistency and completeness.
Prepare construction and execution drawings as required for project stages.
Incorporate inputs from architects, consultants and project teams into revised drawing packages.




Maintain drawing revisions, documentation and organised project files.
Coordinate with architects, consultants and project teams to resolve drawing-related requirements.
Ensure drawings are prepared and issued within project timelines.
Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions and related technical documentation.

Requirements
4-6 years of professional experience in architectural drafting and technical documentation.
Hands-on experience working on factory and industrial projects is mandatory.
Experience working with PEB structures is mandatory.
Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing and technical documentation.
Ability to prepare accurate plans, elevations, sections and construction details.
Ability to read and coordinate architectural and structural drawings.
Strong understanding of drawing revisions, documentation and project file management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or relevant architectural drafting software.
Ability to coordinate effectively with architects, consultants and project teams.
Strong attention to dimensional accuracy and drawing coordination.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Work Schedule:
Location: Noida sector 15
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 am to 7:00 pm)
