- About the role
- Nebula is looking for a Clinical Product Specialist to bridge medical science and commercial execution training field teams, doctors, and internal staff on the anatomy and application of our rehabilitation products and orthopaedic implants. This role sits at the intersection of clinical education, sales enablement, and R&D;, giving a physiotherapist /BHMS or MBBS graduate a direct path to shape how our products are understood and used in the field.

- What you'll do
- Training & Enablement

- Train field executives, office staff, and doctors on the anatomical rationale and correct application of rehabilitation products and orthopaedic implants

- Design and conduct hands-on workshops for medical practitioners, both domestic and internationa

- Build training material that translates clinical concepts into practical, field-ready knowledge

Sales & R&D; Support

- Support the sales team in developing product pitches grounded in clinical evidence and anatomical accuracy

- Work with the R&D; team to bring clinical and anatomical insight into product design and improvement discussions





- Answer clinical queries from the field and from doctors to support product adoption

Travel & Representation

- Travel domestically and internationally to conduct workshops and represent Nebula at clinical and training events

- Act as the clinical point of contact between the company, field teams, and practicing doctors

Must have

- Physiotherapist, BHMS or MBBS qualification with valid license/registration

- Working anatomical knowledge relevant to rehabilitation products and orthopaedic implants

- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for workshops

Comfortable working on-site from Rajkot HQ

Nice to have

- Prior experience in medical device training, clinical education, or sales support

- Exposure to orthopaedic or rehabilitation product lines

- Experience presenting or conducting workshops for medical professionals

What success looks like

- Delivered training to field executives, internal staff, and partner doctors on core product lines

- Conducted at least one domestic or international workshop independently

- Contributed clinically-grounded input to a live sales pitch or R&D; discussion

- Built a repeatable training framework for onboarding new field executives

- On-site role based at Nebula's HQ in Rajkot
