Customer Support Executive

Note: Freshers are not eligible. Relevant experience required.

Location: Vaishali, Ghaziabad
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000/month
Experience: 2 - 5 Years
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer calls, emails, WhatsApp messages and queries
• Handle product, order, delivery, return and refund-related queries
• Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams
• Follow up with customers until resolution
• Handle online orders and e-commerce-related queries
• Maintain customer interaction and complaint records

Required Skills:
• Excellent Hindi & English communication skills
• Customer support, sales, telecalling or customer-facing experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of computers, Excel and email
• Good customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Experience in handling enquiries and converting them into orders is an advantage
• Polite and skilled approach
