Key Responsibilities:

- Design Development: Assist in creating architectural concepts, schematic designs, and mood boards.
- Drafting & Modeling: Prepare precise floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models using industry-standard software.
- Working Drawings: Assist in preparing detailed working drawings and construction documentation packages.
- Collaborative Execution: Coordinate with structural consultants, vendors, and site teams under guidance.
- Presentations: Help curate professional client presentation decks and material palettes.
- Site Visits: Occasionally visit project sites in and around MMR / Thane to understand real-world construction execution.





What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Education: B.Arch degree from a recognized institution.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, presentation softwares
- Mindset: High creative energy, a sharp eye for detail, and a robust willingness to learn.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Location Comfort: Candidates residing in or around Thane / MMR region preferred.
