This role is not just about delivering projects. It is about building the future.

- Led projects valued at US$250 Million+
- 10+ years of project leadership experience
- Strong understanding of project execution, contracting, commercial negotiations, and large-scale capital projects
- Operations experience will be a distinct advantage
- Deep technical expertise coupled with strong business acumen
- Passion for leveraging AI, technology, and digital tools to transform project delivery

What You'll Do

- Lead Vedanta's multi-billion-dollar growth portfolio across offshore and onshore developments
- Build an end-to-end contracting and project execution ecosystem




- Attract and partner with the world's leading EPC, engineering, and project execution companies
- Conduct a 10x talent search, identifying exceptional internal and external talent globally
- Build a world-class organization by hiring experts from around the world
- Identify star performers, strategic partners, and future leaders
- Drive AI-enabled project management, digital transformation, and execution excellence
