Shree Radha Studio is hiring a data-driven CRM & B2B Sales Executive to manage client relationships and increase domestic and international sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse ERP data, charts and sales reports to identify customer and product opportunities.
- Match the right products with the right clients at the right time.
- Identify priority-clearance, slow-moving and discount-worthy inventory.
- Manage B2B client WhatsApp groups and maintain follow-up schedules based on client category.
- Convert enquiries into orders and coordinate dispatch, delivery and fulfilment.
- Assist with import-export documentation for international sales.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales reports.

Requirements





- 2+ years of experience in CRM, B2B sales, account management or sales analytics.
- Strong analytical ability and confidence interpreting charts, reports and customer data.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Hindi.
- Comfortable with ERP/CRM systems, Excel and WhatsApp Business.
- Robust follow-up, negotiation and sales-conversion skills.
- Apparel, textile, wholesale or export experience is preferred.
